in 1960. He graduated from MacArthur Douglas High School in Decatur,
Illinois in 1978.
He completed his undergraduate work at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale,
where he was awarded a baccalaureate degree in Marketing in 1982.
Mr. Geisler attended Memphis State Law School and graduated
with his JD Degree in 1986. While in law school, he was a member
of the law review, as well as a member of Moot Court Board. In 1985
and 1986, Mr. Geisler clerked for Chancellor Lewis in Memphis, TN.

Philip J. Tibbs
 Philip J. Tibbs is a former prosecutor with exceptional
trial experience. Mr. Tibbs was born in Lincoln, Illinois and grew
up in New Holland, Illinois in Logan County. Mr. Tibbs was graduated
cum laude from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois
in 1996, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He obtained his
law degree from Southern Illinois School of Law in 1999.
